The Chemical & Food Aromatic Plant  (hereinafter, Factory) introduced and documented the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements as set forth in
ISO 9001:2008, International Standard Quality Management System Requirements and GOST R ISO 9001-2001, Russian Standard Quality Management System Requirements.

 

 

The QMS at the factory is based on the following principles:

1.      Consumer orientation;

2.      Manager leadership;

3.      Employee involvement;

4.      Process approach;

5.      Systemic approach to management;

6.      On-going improvement;

7.      Fact-based decision-making;

8.      Mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

 

 

 

 

Responsible officials have been appointed to oversee the processes, and criteria for identification of their work results have been defined.

 

 

The General Director of the Factory oversees the implementation of the Quality Management System, and works to improve the performance. The General Director works with the Quality Department or on his or her own to assess and control quality events, considers measures to improve quality, controls the results, works to introduce corrective and preventive actions, and takes steps to assure on-going improvement of the QMS.
